The Adult Changes in Thought (ACT) study is a prospective cohort study of older adults who are members of Kaiser Permanente Washington (KPW). ACT participants enroll at age 65 and are free of dementia and other age-related diseases. There are currently over 5000 participants with data enrolled in ACT. The types of data that are collected and can be used include: Electronic Health Records, Study Visits, Genetics and Biomarkers, Neuropathology, Physical Measures, Neuroimaging and Life Course Exposures. ACT data can be accessed through the Data Query Tool available on the ACT website and in consultation with the ACT steering committee.
