Application Guidelines

Please follow the guidelines linked below. Incomplete proposals or those not following the guidelines shown below will not be reviewed. Interested applicants are encouraged to reach out early to leaders of the cores listed below to discuss the project and whether it is appropriate for this multi-NSC pilot program. Postdoctoral applicants must submit their application as a Co-Investigator (Co-I) alongside their mentor or attach a letter of support confirming their independence and detailing the mentorship they will receive throughout the project.

Formatting Requirements

Application must include:

  • 1: Application Face Page to be completed by Contact PI (download here)
  • 2: Project Narrative (download here)
  • Specific Aims Page (limit 1 page)
  • Research Strategy (limit 2 pages)
  • Relevance to Aging/Age-Associated Disease and Career Advancement (limit 3/4 page)
  • 3: Budget (download here)
  • The budget form MUST be signed by both the applicant and the core leader before uploading the application.
  • 4: Biosketch
  • Current NIH Biosketch including other support.
  • 5: Letter of support (for postdoctoral applications only)
